Hi there, we are Darren and Leanne - lovebirds, best mates and adventurers for life. And this is our travel blog. If you haven’t already heard, we grew up on the miniature island of tropical Singapore, a country so small and sometimes so easily forgotten. But we are not ready to be erased into oblivion this easily. To cut the story short, this blog has been in the works from 2013 where we spent the better part of two years in a long-distance relationship across continents. The lengthy time spent apart were blown on dispatching love letters and sharing dreams of conquering the world one country at a time, and we succeeded by meeting in between our temporary homes for four to five days at a time. What felt like a coping mechanism to curb the painful heartache of living apart, turned into a shared joy for exploring and breaking down the unknown. On our travels, we have encountered different cultures, dusted off our sense of pride and shared a profound love for travel and ultimately, each other.
